Telephone Support Service for You

Depression and Wellbeing Calls are an integral part of the primary care pathway, offering a holistic and supportive approach that complements clinically recommended treatment plans.
What we offer:
Following referral from a Primary Care Practitioner, initial contact will be made within three working days, ensuring a prompt and supportive response. You may receive between four and six wellbeing calls, tailored to your needs and delivered by an experienced mental health Wellbeing Operator.
As part of the Depression and Wellbeing Calls service, the Wellbeing Operator will:
· Introduce and explain the service to you, outlining the support available.
· Arrange a mutually convenient day and time for weekly wellbeing check-ins.
· Provide a compassionate and non-judgemental listening ear, creating a safe space for individuals to share their experiences.
· Offer support and reassurance around concerns related to prescribed medication.
· Deliver timely, structured, and person-centred wellbeing calls, aimed at promoting emotional wellbeing, building resilience, and supporting daily functioning during the early stages of treatment and recovery.
