Our first ever Mental Elf took place, Saturday 30th November in Weald Country Park. It was an amazing event with over 80 runners taking part and raising money for vital mental health services in the Thurrock and Brentwood.
The course was non-competitive, you could chose to run, walk or skip along a choice of either 2.5 or 5km course and were met by Father Christmas along the way.
