Wellbeing Day at Barnards Farm to Celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week and Raise Funds for Vital Mental Health Services

We are excited to announce a special Wellbeing Day at Barnards Farm on May 10th, 2025, in celebration of Mental Health Awareness Week.  The theme of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week 12th – 18th May is community and this unique event will bring local communities together, to promote mental well-being, raise awareness for mental health, and support our charity’s ongoing mission to provide essential mental health services.

Set amidst the serene beauty of Barnards Farm, the day promises to be an opportunity to relax, rejuvenate, and connect with others. Attendees can unwind in the farm’s picturesque garden, featuring stunning art sculptures and lush greenery. The event will offer a variety of mindfulness activities designed to help guests recharge, as well as the chance to enjoy a relaxing ride on the charming miniature railway, offering a tranquil view of the surroundings.

Guests are invited to bring their own picnic or purchase light refreshments, while taking in the peaceful atmosphere. For those who want to take a little bit of nature home, plants grown by our gardening group will be available for purchase, offering a perfect souvenir from a day of self-care.

This event is more than just an opportunity to focus on your own well-being; it’s a chance to support a cause close to our hearts. Proceeds from the Wellbeing Day will help us continue delivering mental health services to those in need. Your participation will directly contribute to our ability to provide support to individuals going through challenging times in our community.

Don’t miss out on this chance to relax, reflect, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

We look forward to welcoming you to Barnard’s Farm for a day of mindfulness, nature, and community spirit.
