We’re excited to launch our first ever Mental Elf fun run!
Start your Christmas countdown with a festive 2.5 or 5 k run or walk around the beautiful surroundings of Weald Country Park. You could choose to hop, skip or crawl your way to the finishing line!
It’s a non-competitive event open to all ages and abilities. We’d love to see you in your festive fancy dress!
Challenge your’Elf or just take part in some outdoor physical activity and get the feel-good factor of supporting your local mental health charity – all things that help to boost your own mental wellbeing.
There’s also the Stick Man trail and deer to feed at the park – join us for an elf-tastic family fun day out!
