I’m Wendy and I’ve experienced my own mental health challenges. I love working at Thurrock and Brentwood Mind as I see the difference we make every day.
We’re not just a mental health charity: we’re a lifeline, a bridge to hope and a haven of understanding for those navigating the complexities of mental health. We offer a range of services from early intervention through to crisis support – including peer mentoring, counselling, a crisis house and sanctuary, suicide prevention, wellbeing groups, youth projects and much more.
As 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health issue in our lifetime – someone you know, a friend, a loved one or a work colleague could be struggling right now.
